Frequently Asked Questions

Programming for all students is free. Beyond Walls provides squash racquets, shoes, and eye protection for all students.
Additionally, we cover flights, hotels, and food when we travel with students to tournaments.
If we send students to summer camps, we will cover travel then as well.

We offer programming for students in 5th grade through 12th grade. We support Beyond Walls alumni through their first four years of college/career.

We offer students 1 hour of homework help or college/career mentorship and 1 hour of squash practice each session.
In addition to afternoon programming, students will have opportunities to play in local, regional, and national squash tournaments, go on field trips, and participate in community service opportunities.

High Schoolers have programming three days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Middle Schoolers have programming two days a week on Tuesday and Thursday.
All students are welcome to attend our optional free play on Saturday at noon.

All pick-ups and drop-offs will take place immediately after school at the school the student attends. Beyond Walls will be responsible for transportation during program days.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled program days unless excused. If a student will be absent, a guardian must communicate the absence ahead of time.
Students who maintain at least an 80% attendance rate will be eligible to play in matches and tournaments.
Students who maintain at least a 90% attendance rate will be invited to our Fall and Spring group outing.
If a student decides to participate in school sports or other extracurricular activities that will cause them to miss a significant amount of Beyond Walls programming, parents/guardians must notify Beyond Walls leadership in advance so we can plan accordingly.
