  • Promoting mind and body wellness through teachings in nutrition, mindfulness, and sleep.

Fitness curriculum

  • Utilize the University of Minnesota recreation facility through fitness coaching and athletic equipment. 

Emphasis on sportsmanship, teamwork, & Resilience

  • Instill value of working together, fostering healthy competition, understanding role as individual and as part of team.

  • Build resilience through mindfulness, mental strength, and routine.
