Beyond Walls Summer Programming
Beyond Walls is excited to offer high quality summer programming both on and off the courts starting the week of June 24th-August 9th. Sessions will run Monday-Thursday from 10:00-2:00 with open courts offered every Monday and Wednesday from 2:30-4:30. Summer registration begins the week of April 8th-22nd. Registration forms will be sent home with students and available online beginning in April.
Beyond Walls requires students engage with at least 20 days of summer programming.
We are excited to offer high quality programming for 6th-12th grade students enrolled in our school year program. Transportation support provided.
Summer registration is due by Friday, May 17th.

Beyond Walls End of Year Party!
May 4th 11:00-1:00
Come join Beyond Walls in celebrating the end of another great year both on and off the courts! Families and friends will have the opportunity to see what projects students have been working on here at program, get on the squash courts, and hear about the unique summer opportunities Beyond Walls is offering! Food and transportation support provided.
Beyond Walls Gala and Squash Cup
May 17th – 18th
Beyond Walls Gala fundraising event takes place the weekend of May 17th and 18th! Events include pro squash matches, squash tournament of our students, and an evening filled with fun and fundraising!

Last Day of Program/Summer Programming
May 15th – 16th
Our last day of program is Wednesday/Thursday May 15th and 16th. Summer programming begins June 24th with open courts every Wednesday from 3:00 – 5:00!
Beyond Walls Invitational Squash Tournament
April 19th – 21st
Beyond Walls’ annual squash invitational hosts teams from across the country and SEA network in a great weekend of squash and exploring the U of M and Twin Cities area. All Beyond Walls students with exemplary attendance and program participation are eligible to play. More information and registration forms to follow at program.
Friday Program Dates
To ensure quality programming, we are hosting Washington practice on Friday, April 12th and Venture practice on Friday, April 26th, slightly different than the usual days. Friday practices are a required part of student attendance.
Friday Programing Schedule
• Washington students meet every 1st and 3rd Friday from 3:30-5:30 being dropped off at Washington Tech by 6:00, Eileen Weida park by 6:15.
• Venture students meet every 2nd and 4th Friday from 1:30-3:30 following their same activity bus stops.

Academic School Year
Monday through Thursday: 3:30 pm – 6:10 pm
Alternating Fridays: 1:00-3:30, 3:30-5:30 pm
(Depending upon your school, students attend only two of the week days and alternating Fridays)

Family Council Breakfast
Saturday, Feb. 23rd 10:00-11:00 – Breakfast and transportation support is provided.
Come help Beyond Walls create the best programming for your student by joining our family council! The purpose of this council is to help plan certain program pieces that provide students and family support, and the location of meetings is subject to change based on the needs of council members. The council will meet three times per year to discuss programming, youth development, and other education for both youth and families.
Transportation and translation support is available.
